Need help setting up Wireless Access Point to Modem

Have a Billion 3100SN Access Point and a Billion 7800VDOX Modem.

Can get the wireless on the access point to work but can't get the internet to work on the computer that the access point is connected to. All i want to do is get internet on that computer.

Got no internet access. It says it's connected in the Network and Sharing Centre on windows 7 but the internet light doesn't come on.

The Access point says "start WCS process" What is this abbreviated as? I wish modems wouldn't abbreviate everything

First the Billion 7800VDOX is a router/modem not just a modem.

I would start by plugging the ethernet cable between the 3100SN and the 7800VDOX and configuring it via a wired connection. Use a wired connection from a laptop to the 7800VDOX. That is the most reliable way. Then you can just unplug the laptop from the 7800VDOX and connect it to the 3100SN. If everything is still working then move the 3100SN to its remote location.
