Hello. I bought a Dell PC recently. It's a Dell Inspiron Desktop 3910 (Intel(R))

I wanted to upgrade the memory from 8G to 16GB. I met some issues. The power button shows 2 amber 5 white flashing lights after I replace the new memory I bought. I checked online and people said that indicates memory issue. I guess I bought the wrong spec RAM. I need your help to choose the right memory for my machine.

This is what I pre-installed in the dell PC:
Samsung C06103022333A7F23F
8GB 1Rx16 PC4 – 3200AA – UC0 – 11
M378A1G44BB0 -CWE

This is what I bought and it doesn’t work:
G.Skill RipJaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin SDRAM DDR4 3200 CL16-18-18-38 1.35V Dual Channel Desktop Memory F4-3200C16D-16GVKB

This is what I think it might work:
Samsung T0H1000045446F0F6B
16GB 1Rx8 PC4 – 3200AA – UA3 – 11
M378A2G43AB3 - CWE

(link: 16GB DDR4 3200MHz DIMM PC4-25600 CL22 1Rx8 1.2V 288-Pin UDIMM Desktop RAM Memory Module M378A2G43AB3-CWE $119.99)
Or
Crucial 16GB DDR4-3200 UDIMM CT16G4DFRA32A $55.99

Please let me know if the samsung or crucial memory would work for the PC or if you have any other suggestions. Crucial cost is only half of the Samsung. Why is crucial so much cheaper? Should I get the cheaper one if both work. Let me know if you need more information. Thank you very much!

Regards,
William

Thanks.
Do you mean I should buy 2 8gb RAM like this:
Crucial 8GB DDR4-3200 UDIMM x2

You won't recommend 2x 8GB (Crucial 8GB DDR4-3200 UDIMM + pre-installed samsung 8GB memory) because it's best to use the same memory for good performace instead of mixing with different brand, will you?
No.....get a matched pair like this.
https://www.newegg.com/crucial-16gb..._content=58eee97f-6819-4f14-9672-6cae0f12af98

You can't use 2 crucial + 1 samsung there are only 2 slots.

Thank you very much.
I decided buying this :
Crucial 32GB Kit (2 x 16GB) DDR4-3200 UDIMM
This one is from my crucial scan page, under the "All compatible upgrades ".
The newegg one is shipped from China and takes longer time. I decided to buy from Crucial. I was thinking buy 1 crucial and 1 samsung and I will get 16GB. Then I think I might need to user more than 16GB in the near future. I think I will just get 32GB.
Thanks again!
