These are my Finalize parts for which I need a good Budget Monitor and Cabinet. I am tight with budget too

I would pick the Phanteks P300 for the case.

All of the monitors should be ok for colorwork since they are IPS displays, but I am not an expert here.

Fractal has affordable cases with excellent build Quality. I prefer them to my older Corsair cases, frankly.
