Need help to find parts for a gaming pc that will run BF4 on ultra at 1080p with 60+fps with overclock and later upgrade optio

I want to build a gaming PC. It must be able to play BF4 on ultra 1080p with 60+ frames. It must have enough power to later add a graphics card and be able to overclock most components. I dont care about the case as long as the air ventilation is good and has 1 see through side. The hard disk has to be around 1 tb of space. (It can be 2 drives like 2x 500gb for example). I would also like a opticle drive that reads and writes/burns dvd and cd. And all this as cheap as possible. Under $1000 if possible. Thats all 😉
