need help to get rid of my bad viruses

So of recently ive been getting many blue-screens, some games don't work(league of legends to be precise has stopped working and it goes on a continuous update unspecified error loop) and my antiviruses never picked up anything.... so someone recommended to me to use reimage and well this is what it picked up

But reimage requires you to buy it and my anitviruses such as Free AVG,AVAST,AVIRA,norton .. all of those says the pc is clean.. what should i do to get rid of those viruses?

Reimage. Download a clean ISO from Microsoft using your currently activated product key. Format and reinstall your OS.

backup your important files like games movies etc and do a fresh install and install an antivirus

Wipe and reinstall the OS. And everything else.
Often that is the fastest and easiest. And always the most likely to work.
