[SOLVED] Need help to identify issue

I recently bought a second monitor. But now when i tab out to do things on my second monitor sometimes the game will break my pc. The mouse cursor would disappear and my pc would lag every min and I'd have to reset to fix it. This mainly happens with Warzone.
My specs are Ryzen 1700x, Nvidia 1070ti founders edition, ROG STRIX B350-F Gaming Motherboard,2 sticks DDR4- 2132 G Skill 8gb
(1066 MHz) EVGA Modular 550 bronze psu.

Modern Warfare is weird because when you alt tab you display shuts off for a brief second and comes back on. Try playing in fullscreen window
