Question Need help to make Ryzen 5 more energy efficient like Intel processors I am new with Ryzen

So I am an Intel guy... always maximum processor state -20% and results are fantastic -60% power consumption during gaming but - about 17% performance loss and I am fine with that. Especially since it makes my PC extra cool and silent even on games... Corsair RM PSU was silent like a graveyard.

Now I switched rashly to Ryzen 5 and at the moment I require good iGPU however it only has 180w PSU (HP pro) Ryzen 5 2400G (125w under load + 15% efficiency factor)

I tried reducing maximum processor state by 10% and performance loss is huge... -36% loss for power reduction of -40%... Are there any tricks to Ryzen say -40% power and -20% performance loss that I could live with... ?
I did the math... the whole thing consumes about 190w without under power... PSU is used so 160w realistically not more... its proprietary almost impossible to replace for my region.

Also question 2 does under clocking Ryzen 5 processor affect iGPU performance or do they operate as two completely separate entities... I would like say 70-75% cpu performance but max iGPU performance...

Overall I kind of like it... like a ugly girl that does "things" pretty ones won't... but I am terrified of PSU going bonkers. Also I might add real GPU and undervolt underclock it in MSI afterburner. I managed once to trim down 60w GTX gpu to 34w under full load 90% performance. iGPU vega 11 consumes 25w... that would mean adding real gpu only +9w... but that is a Tomorrow problem...

That doesn't make any sense. The 2400G is a 65W TDP CPU that has a max draw, including the iGPU, without overclocking of about 70W. Something isn't right at all if you are seeing it draw 125W.
