Need help to reach 4000mhz speed on kingston ram

Hi guys i have hyperx predator 4000mhz 2x8gb ram kit (HX440C19PB3Ak2/16) with an intel i7-8086k sitting at 5.2 ghz (no problem overcloking this) and asus rog strix z370-E motherboard wich supports 4000mhz but i cant get it work so my question is that do you know any voltage and timing combos thats works ?

Different ram but same board and processor because there was no guide with my ram so had to settle with that

Then what "other people" did is of no consequence.
Possibly your combination of parts simply won't do that.
