Need help to upgrade my Motherboard and my CPU

Hi everyone.

I have a gaming PC with these specs:

Windows 7

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 965 @ 3.20GHz x8

RAM 2Gx4, so 8GB


Motherboard[Got the info from a program]

Model: EX58-EXTREME
Manufacturer: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd.

Card[Got the info from a program]: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 570
DAC Type: Integrated RAMDAC
Display Memory: 4049 MB
AdapterRAM: 1.25 GB

Now let's get to the point. I want to upgrade my Motherboard and my Processor

my questions are:

1-what's the best motherboard for my gaming PC and when installing it, it has no corresponding issues with other parts.you should know that the main reason of upgrading the motherboard to get USB 3.0 speed. please list the name with an Amazon link

2-is there a Processor with big difference from mine[difference in speed and such],and should i upgrade it ?please list the name with an Amazon link

You have a pretty good setup; don't know if it's worth it to change. But you may be able to get around $250 for your old board/cpu.

do you recommend upgrading my processor? because when i asked around they told me there's no processor with a big change in speed from mine when installing it in my PC.

You need to look into overclocking.
