NEED HELP!!! Transfering data from ssd to hdd

I have one hdd of 2TB and a ssd of 256gb i did not see that i installed everything on my ssd and my ssd was almost full in no time. So i wanted to transfer my data to hdd and i left only windows on my ssd but I made big mistake and just drag the folders to my hdd and to make things worse i deleted almost everything from my ssd and when i deleted 90% of data only windows and few thing left on my pc. I deleted everything from my hdd and put back on ssd but its same i have almost all files but i do not know what to do anymore. I need help and yes i know that was stupid thing to do and i am moron. English is not my language that i speak so sorry for any mistakes.

Does your windows still work?
I'd imagine - after such actions it would be totally screwed and you'd need to reinstall windows.

That whole arrangement sounds so borked up...
I'd just start with a clean install of everything.
