Just bought a Graphics card& I noticed once I put it in, it had a 6 pin connecter on the side for power, looked through the cables connected to the power supply and there wasn't one there, is that the motherboard or power supply's fault? Also my motherboard is Gigabyte Ga-F2A68Hm-HD2 which is crap but the power supply is worse at 330w and it's an unnamed bran d

Hello!

Oh dear, an un-named PSU! *gasp*

I think it's very recommended that you change your power supply because 99% of motherboards support 99% of GPU's so all you need is a modular PSU and you will have the cable that you need in order to be able to plug in your GPU. :)

That's on the PSU fault, you should look more closely tho.
6 Pin cable are very common in PSUs, so yours probably has one. Even if it's a 6+2 Ping cable you can use it without a problem. Just fit the 6 pins in those slots and leave the extra two hanging, no problem in that.

But if your PSU doesn't have a brand on it, i'd suggets getting a new one. PSU is a vital part of the system, and i'd not risk frying my rig because of a bad quality PSU. Look for Seasonic PSU or XFX ( those are, IMO, the best ), stay away from Corsair CX.

The wattage, around 500w with 80+ bronze or higher seal should hold your rig finely!
