[SOLVED] Need help updating my cpu cooler

Hi, i have a arctic freezer 13 cooler in my pc and was wanting to upgrade to a new one as this one is starting to make a rattling sound on the fan.

Any decent ones i could get in the £40-50 range? Preferably silent.
