My comp specs are
Motherboard: AMD A320MA-M.2
GPU: Geforce GTX 1050 ti
CPU: A8-9600
8GB HyperX Fury Kingston Ram
8GB unknown ram (i think its onboard)
Power wattage Max 450wts

i found a website to see if my system bottlenecks and only for 2% so if i upgrade the CPU to a ryzen 5 1400 will i see much of a benifit? Also i know the A320 isnt very good for gaming which i plan to upgrade eventrully to something with crossfire (if gtx 1050ti can do that)

first time asking anything like this if i have missed something please let me know and i will provide.

1. "i found a website to see if my system bottlenecks"
If you're speaking of thebottlenecker.com...ignore that site and whatever it says. Completely.
That site is useless.

2. If you wish to go from your current A8 to a Ryzen based system...that is pretty much a whole new PC.
CPU, RAM, motherboard, PSU

my friend mention PSU what is this?

no my computer i brought only for 350 im just upgrading parts now so far ive moved the GT 710 out and moved a GTX 1050 TI in i brought more decent ram already i just need to buy a cpu i think now and in the future ill upgrade the mother board to support crossfire but at the moment ive got 300 for CPU and even the 2600x is still to cheap, what would work the best with my GPU?

i dont understand ive been from site to site and all have said my parts are compatible with ryzen and i have psu power to spare
https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-A320MA-M2-rev-10#kf
the know the motherboard, ram, gpu, psu are all compatible with ryzen 5 1600x but in saying that i didnt have much to choose from tbh on ryzen really

Yes, my mistake.
I didn't think your current board was compatible, but it apparently is.

yeah the A8 is the only am4 socket that will fit ryzen and i think ill have to upgrade my psu as i found the wraith cooler that comes with the 1600x uses alot more psu power than my current so will have to upgrade to 500wt just sucks buying a whole new psu for the extra 50watts which would i really need for a mid end computer
