i got a amd a10 5800k at 4.2 ghz and a 1050ti ssc 4gb
i was thinking of getting a ryzen 3 1200 and overclocking it but ive read somewhere that its not much of an upgrade from an a10 i need help before i buy i have no clue what im doing lol

i only got around $400 $450 for a CPU, ram, motherboard, and power supply

sorry if im not posting this in the right area im new

even if it was only the ryzen 3...for intents whit my set up i run gta 5 at normal to high and get 30 - 40 fps

and bf1 at the same fps whit ryzen 3 ..and 16 gigs you would say that's still huge compared to the ryzen 5 1600 you recommended

forget what i just said it made no sense ...so the r5 1600 is the way to go..but if i was to save a bit and just go whit the r3 1200 am i still looking a good upgrade ..or is it not worth it until i get the r5

right but like i was explaining to the other guy if i wanted to save a bit for lets say a ssd maby a better case...would the ryzen 3 1200 still be a good upgrade or is the ryzen 5 1600 the only real way to go
