I was hoping you guys would be able to help me out with my problem.
I have an old Micro atx Packard bell which has an awful Nvidia Geforce 6150SE integrated nforce 430, and I hate the lag in some games, I happen to have some more ram, upgrading from 3gb to 4gb which is the max amount. I have looked at a few cards these include.

Asus AMD Radeon R7 240 2GB
EVGA GeForce GTX 750 ti
Sapphire AMD HD7750 1GB

I also will need a new psu, of which I have no idea about what to get. The current dimensions of the psu are 13cmW x 7cmH x 14cmD.

Full specs:
Packard Bell iMedia S1300/A3622
Processor: AMD Athlon (tm) 11x4 605e Processor 2.30Mhz
RAM: 4GB
Hdd: 500gb Wdc Blue
OS: Windows 8.1
GPU: Nvidia Geforce 6150SE integrate3d nforce 430

PS any other upgrades i should make please inform me about

What kind of budget are we talking about? Have you considered a new MB and CPU? Just upgrading the GPU without the rest is not going to make this into a barn stormer...

Well honestly I don't really want to change the mobo or CPU the only components I want to change are ssd GPU and PSU my budget for GPU is 100 pounds or 150 USD although 50 pounds is around about right, the PSU should be 20-40, and possibly and ssd under 70. The PC is ment to be a work horse. Its just my main tower is too big to take on a long vacation. Again the PC is very small only 11 inches tall so change major parts is a pain in the as*
