Question Need Help! Weird issue with GPU and monitor

Hello, had some issues with my pc not displaying any image at all through my GPU after enabling secure boot and installing win11, which i fixed already.
Now I'm at the last issue, GPU is not giving signal through DP, but does through HDMI (Cant do 4k 144hz cause of this)

Funny part is, its only my gpu and monitor through dp not working
These work:
iGpu, hdmi, monitor1
iGpu, dp, monitor1
iGpu, hdmi and dp, monitor2
dGpu, hdmi, monitor1
and lastly
dGpu, dp, monitor2
basically, cable is fine, monitor displayport port is fine
and my dGpu ports are fine too
so im wondering where the issue lies

any fix ideas greatly appreciated <3

i7-8700
1060 6gb
b360m msi mortar mobo
2x8gb 2400 ram hyperx fury
monitor1
gigabyte m28u
monitor2 (damaged screen, but enough to see something)
msi optix mag24c

Small update: Now my display dims down for a few seconds before returning to original brightness
Edit: seems to be monitor issue tho, as displaying my laptop doesnt change it
