Need help with 700€ build

Looking to build a new gaming pc, as my old one can no longer keep up with the new games.
700 euro budget, would like a gtx 960 and I5 processor, or any AMD products that can provide the same quality (maybe even better).
I do still need a monitor with this build, preferrably 1920x1080 (my old one failed me last week so now I'm using a 19 inch screen which kinda sucks).

I can recommend a processor for you, the i5-4460 is one of the best choices out there for gaming and won't set you back too far cash wise. 960 I recommend you pick up one from Zotac, from what I've seen around where I live the Zotac designs seem to be marginally cheaper but offer similar factory OC frequencies and decent cooling.
