I am looking to buy the parts to create a new pc within the next few days and could use some peoples thoughts on a build. The build is supposed to be black/white based. So if you have any suggestions for a part please take that into consideration.

Also was wondering if the stock AMD cooler will be able to handle the CPU heat when overclocked, and if so, how loud.

^ yes agreed but the fact is the 2200g is actually cheaper than the ryzen 1300x which it matches performance wise

Arguably the i3 8100,is stronger & may be a better choice.

So help me out here, you are saying that the APU will have better graphics than the GPU? Also it doesn't seem like since to spend almost another $30 for the Ryzen 3 1300x when they are almost exactly the same. And definitely doesn't seem like a good choice to buy any of the six core CPU's for another $50-$100. I'm interested in hearing what you have to say though and maybe given me another option. I'm also currently trying to buy this now but I will wait.

What's meant is that the APU's are really 2x chipsets under 1 lid. Half the available space is used for cpu, the other half for the igpu. If using a dedicated gpu, you payed too much for too little cpu. By using a Ryzen like the 1600, 2600 etc, you get the benefits of an expanded cpu, more cores, more threads, more Lcache memory etc, but still get graphics from the video card.
