Need help with a gaming rig.

so, i'm looking to build a gaming rig. here is what i have planned to buy:

so my basic questions are:

-will there be any bottle-necking in game performance?
8gb of ram is enough, right?

any opinions would be greatly appreciated.

plans for the future:
-upgrade to 16gb of ram, when i have the expendable cash
-add a SSD

Games i will be playing: battlefield 3, skyrim, fallout 3, grand thet auto vice city, bully, guildwars 2.

unless you got plans to set up a custom water loop (judging by the H60, i reckon you don't), scrap the power supply, and get a quality 600/750W (depending on whether or not you plan to run the graphics card in SLI) from Antec/Corsair/Seasonic/XFX and a cooler master Hyper 212 EVO, and go treat yourself to an SSD now.

my budget, 'round 1400 U.S. dollars. OK, so far what i'm doing via your recommendations:

drop to PSU to a: NZXT HALE90 80 Plus Gold 750 Watt Power Supply with Modular Cable HALE90-750-M (White)

and i'd like to use the h60 because electronics like to heat up in my room a little faster than normal areas, i'm not sure why, but they do. Also, i do plan to eventually upgrade to a custom water cooling system, but wouldn't the H60 work as a stand alone system?

actually NZXT isnt popular psu maker so that we cant recoomend it to you
and h60 .... ogh i woned it once and switched to normal air cooler in just 3 days

water pump is noisy and problematic

the NZXT Hale series is a so-so brand, though there are better options for the price;

as for the H60; a matter of price/performance. the CM 212 series has always been somewhat of a favorite offering the best performance for it's price. it's not that they don't perform better, but (depending on the reviewer) for a 1-3 degrees celsius loss for twice the price with a gain in noise? it just isn't worth it unless you already got everything you need (i.e;SSD, high end GPU/CPU,etc) and you're ready to spend more.
