Need help with a heatsink question.

I'm upgrading my older HP desktop. It currently has an Athlon II X4 635 2.9GHz 95W (part #ADX635WFK42GM) processor. I'm upgrading to a Phenom II X6 1055T 95W (Part #HDT55TWFK6DGR). I know my motherboard will support the new processor and they're both AM3 socket so those aren't issues. My only question is whether my existing, stock heatsink will be sufficient for the new processor. Since they're both 95W TDP shouldn't the old one work? I'm not going to overclock the new processor.

You would be able to interchange th heatsinks in this case since they both are designed to dissipate the same amount of heat. I foresee no problems with what you want to do.
