Need help with a new case from corsair.

Ordered a corsair spec 01 last week and just got it, no damage to the case, but when i open the accessory box it is completely empty. I have contacted corsair and they want me to rma the whole case. Is there any way i can get them to just send me an accessory box?

Ask them... If they don't want to do that, then RMA the whole case, what's wrong with that anyways?

Seems excessive to RMA the case when all i need is a box of screws

Yeah ask them to send the missing parts, they're quite friendly from my experience, they should be able to send the missing parts.

Didn't take long after submitting a ticket for me to get an email with my tracking number, i really do love their customer support.
