Need help with a new powersupply

Hello guys

So my current powersupply(450W) is totally dead(bad quality..) and it needs a replacement i am also going to upgrade my PC parts soon when i get more cash but the first part i am going to replace is my power supply.

I have enough money now to buy one of those power supplies, all i need to know is which one of them is compatible ( connectors quality etc.. ) with my current PC specs (unfortunately i can't boot up my pc due to the dead power supply) and the future specs i am going to have in few months maybe..

1- BEQUIET ATX 700W PURE POWER 10 80+ SILVER
OR
2- EVEREST RAMPAGE 750W / 80 PLUS GOLD ACTIVE PFC
OR
3-EVEREST RAMPAGE RGB MODULAIRE 850W 80+ GOLD

My current PC specs:

Asus GTX 950 2GB OC
i3 4160
H81M-P33

What i am planning in the future:

GTX 1070 Ti
i7 7700k
Z170X-Gaming 7

Please i need a quick reply because those are the only ones available in my town and they can be out of stock at any moment, i have tried looking for CORSAIR brand but couldn't find so please help me let me know which one of them is good and compatible even with my current pc specs.
