Hello everyone,

I wish to build a PC with a small form factor, somewhat like the steam box, that I will be able to use in my living room and I am not exactly sure where to start. I will mostly be using it for proper gaming, streaming videos, and browsing the web. I would like any suggestions for a small case and motherboard. Also, something to note is that I want to hopefully use an i5 or i7 chip but any other suggestions are welcome.

Thanks in advance.

My budget is about $550-$750. I want to use i5/i7 CPU, I read about a new GeForce GTX 750 video card with a small form factor and uses less power. I got my son a Lenovo Y510P and he used it in the living room. Looked awesome with the home theater and Samsung 55 inch. Sweet. I thought about making something small for our living room in which we can play steam games, watch YouTube and general web browsing. OS will be windows 8.1. Thanks.
