I forgot to put my budget which is $1600-$1700 AUD
I still don't know Werther to get the i7 6700 or the i5 you specified (for future proofing)
Also if i was to go with the i7 what PSU?

I can't think of any reason you would need to spend more than $100 AUD extra for the i7. The psu choice would not change.
