Hello guys!

I bought new MSI motherboard and need little help with bios settings:
I have i5 3570 non-k LGA 1155 windows 7
BIOS settings: Is now on default settings but maybe I need to change something
PCI latency timer 32 PCI bus clocks (should I keep it or change? 248 is max)
LIMIT CPU ID maximum enable or disable? Execute disable bit disable or enable? Intel VT-D tech disable or enable?
Power technology: Custom, disabled or energy efficient?L1E support enable or disable?over speed protection disable or enable?
Also if you recommend to OC with OC Genie?Don't know if its possible beacuse its non K cpu.
Thanks :)

on the intel posting...you can keep them off there mostly used for old time virus that used to effect older os. the only setting you need to change is turn on xmp profile in the bios and make sure the sata ports are set to achi mode. if your using onboard video then set primany video to ipgpu. if your using a gpu set it to pci. any other setting change is not needed and can cause you issues.

what do you mean turn on xmp profile in bios? I can't find xmp profile in bios and I also can't find where can I set sata ports to achi mode? I'm not using onboard video

I found where to put on ACHI mode now looking for xmp only can't find it

Probably my motherboard bios doesn't enable that xmp mode its LGA1155 Mini board and its old but not much. Also 1 more thing about Intel Rapid start technology mode should I enable it or disable it?
