Need help with bios!!

Hi! I need help with my bios

So I was reseting my pc till my retarded cousin came in and plugged off my power cable. I was really scared so I plugged the cable back in fast and turned on my pc and now after bios screen it resarts it self over and over again. So I thought a media creation tool on a usb would help so I plugged in my usb and enteres the bios. The only added boot option is generic flash drive or something like that. If I selected that it would just bring me to the broken windows and say some boot files were missing. Why/where is my usb (MB= M81H-M Gigabyte)

By "resetting your BIOS" do you mean updating it to a newer version? A "reset" is done in the blink of an eye.

I only tried to reset Windows 10, not the bios. But I tried to reset it too by plugging out that round battery from the MB for 30 seconds and put it back in. Still no results.

This is not a BIOS problem. Windows probably got screwed up from being hard shut down during the restart process. So you will need a Windows Recovery tool. You should be able to use a windows installation file to accomplish this. A usb drive just need to be configured for this.
