Need HELP with Biostar M7VIZ + Athlon 2000xp

Hi all was putting a system toguether for a friend it has:
256MB DDR 333
AthlonXP 2000+ (1667Mhz)
Biostar M7VIZ rev 7
The problem is that i cant figure out how to set the Athlon XP to run on the 133Bus. The system see's it like 1250Mhz when it should see it as 1667MHZ...
So its doing 100 Bus x 12.5 Multiplier..
I have tried a few settings, and cant make it work correctly... This cpu was used on a MSI board before and ran at the 1667Mhz np.
Can anyone who has this combo or similar please recomend what to do

You need to change the jumpers on JCLK1 to all open for a 133 FSB. Refer to the <A HREF="http://www.biostar-usa.com/mbdownloads.asp?model=m7viz" target="_new">manual</A> for location of the jumper.
