Need help with booting ( beep codes )

Alright, so I just got done building my first PC. Upon booting everything works but I get a series of short beeps which according to the manual means power error. Anyway to fix this problem? I currently don't have it connected to a monitor because I want to see if it can boot successfully first ( and the fact that I only have 1 monitor which is the one I'm using right now ). If it helps it seems that the CPU Fan is not spinning. It is a hyper 212 EVO and the it is connected to the motherboard. Thanks for the help

Sounds like either you haven't properly connected one of the PSU cables to the mobo like the 4/8 pin CPU connector or something like that, follow this guide steps to properly troubleshoot your build:

I've concluded that its the hyper 212 EVO. It does not spin once I boot and the beeps follow. I've connected the CPU fan provided by the manufacturer and it boots fine ( CPU fan spins no beeps ). Any fix? Should I start e new thread with a clearer title because I know what the issue is now?

If the Evo fails to work sounds like its DOA, but I got no experience with it so go ahead and make a topic about it, maybe it's a known issue easy to fix.
