I recently tried installing Windows 10 off of a USB since I don't have a disk drive. I wiped and formatted my hard drive because it was having some issues so I wanted to start off clean. I get to the point in installation where it has to restart, so I let it do it and it comes to a black screen with nothing but a little white blinking bar on it. I can't do anything with it and nothing works aside from resetting.

Solution
Sounds like your drives are not using the default Intel storage controller, so you just need to download the drivers for your storage controller/raid controller from the manufacturer page and load them in the custom disk settings section of the installer
