Need help with budget pc build

Hey guys
im looking for a good budget gaming pc. Got a quote and these are the parts they recommended.
Case: corsair carbide 100R silent
Motherboard:Gigabite b150m-D3H
Ram:Trancend 4GB ddr4 2133
PSU:Corsair VS550 series 550W
The parts where i am not completely sure ate the cpu and gpu.
I dont know whether to get the i3 6100 with the gtx 960
or the i5 6500 with the gtx 950 as getting the i5 6500 with the 960 is a bit more than i am looking to spend.

For those games either combination will be sufficient. You can even do a i3 and a 950 or a 750ti to save some money. Either way I would get a better power supply as the Corsair VS isn't very good, also I would go for 8gb of memory.

Getting a high fps in either of those games is pretty easy and as such either build should work for you well. I personally recommend the build with the i5 and the gtx 950 because the gtx 960 is not a great value for the money and the better cpu will help in the long run. However, I highly recommend getting 8gb of ram as it is basically the starting point in gaming today for ram.

Will definately go with 8gb of ram.
will the i3 and 950 suffice for more demanding games aswell . Fallout 4 for example

I would go for i3 and 950 defiantly. You can upgrade later. 950 will handle csgo very well.

Im in south africa
So i will have to look around. But will still not be really sure about the quality of the psu.
Think i will go for the i3 and 950 and spend some more on the psu and the ram.

If you really can't find much else the VS will suffice as this is a low-power build. But it isn't ideal.

max budget is around 750 to 800 dollars.
Live in south africa so prices are be a bit higher than in the US

Found this seasonic PSU for about the same price as the VS
SeaSonic S12II, 620w, 80 PLUS Bronze

Definitely go for the Seasonic, that's a better unit and will work great.

I have to agree in saying that you should go for the Seasonic psu.
