Need help with budget streaming build

What's the best streaming and gaming build under $770 USD?
Is 8gb of ram enough? And is i7-6700 (non k) enough?

8Gb of ram is pushing it, but it should be okay if you don't run too much unnecessary background processes. As for the CPU I would go for a R7 1700 if you can. The strong point of an i7 is it's high clockspeeds compared to Ryzen, if you get the locked one the 1700 will decimate it in streaming.

If you are the only user on your connection, 10Mbps should be around the minimum. I wouldn't try streaming with standard DSL.

It would be cutting it extremely close, and your stream quality will suffer.
