Need help with build under $750-800 (would prefer including GTX 970)

Could anyone help me with a build under $750-800 this is my first PC that I'm building that could last a good amount of time. The budget is not very flexible and I would prefer that the build includes a GTX 970 as it is one of the best GPU's on the market (for my budget at least). Thanks to all those that help!

here you go. This does not include the OS so if you need one then get this VVV. You should also consider an r9 390 as it performs better and is the same price as the 970, It does consume a lot more power though.
