Need help with build upgrade

Planning to upgrade computer soon. My current PC has gotten very old to the point where it suffers lag when surfing on the web.
Current specs:

AMD E1-1200 Accelerated Processor (1.4GHz)
AMD HD 7310 Integrated Graphics
4 GB RAM DDR3
Running on Windows 10 32bit

Future specs:
Intel Xeon 5150 @2.66GHz
EVGA 730 2GB GPU
4GB DDR3

When I finish building the computer with everything plugged into the correct sockets, where will I go from there? I already have Windows 10 on this computer so is there any way to transfer it to the new motherboard (by removing the license key or something)? I don't have another hard drive to put it onto either.

Too different HW, you'll probably have to do clean install. If you have Retail version of windows you'll be able to enter keys during installation or after.
If you upgraded from W7/8/8.1 use keys from them if retail.
