In about a month I will be building my first PC and I need help to make sure Im picking the right parts for the the price and performance. With this build I've had help in the past but am looking to update it. Im max budget is $700.

Also Im think of Replacing the Sapphire Radeon R9 280X 3GB Vapor-X Video Card With a gtx 960 is that a good choice?
