In about a month I will be building my first PC and I need help to make sure Im picking the right parts for the the price and performance. With this build I've had help in the past but am looking to update it. Im max budget is $700.

The Sapphire Radeon R9 280X 3GB Vapor-X Video Card doesn't get add in the total price for some reason!

Also Im think of Replacing the Sapphire Radeon R9 280X 3GB Vapor-X Video Card With a gtx 960 is that a good choice?

The 280X price isn't listed because it's not sold at any of the pcpartpicker vendors. I'd avoid the card, it's older and I'd advise you buy the R9 380 instead. The PSU can be lowered to the XFX 550W unit. For RAM, I would instead get Crucial Ballistix Sport.

Is the R9 380 better than the GTX 960
