Hi,
I just bought myself a new LG IPS monitor (http://www.lg.com/in/monitors/lg-24MP88HM).

However I dont know how to calibrate it - this is my first monitor in a long time, so I need some help. I have set the Dynamic Output Range to Full in Nvidia CP for my gtx 950. Other than that I just tinkered around with the settings but nothing scientific, so please do let me know how I can go about this task.

(I dual boot Linux and Win 10, so anything on either end is fine for me)
Thanks,
Ananth

Well I did try some of these before but I guess I am not very good at following those instructions that expect you to make some really difficult calls 🙁
I was hoping for some software that could actually produce a profile that I could use. If that is not possible I will try with these...

Thanks

There is no magic click click software to do this. Every room lighting is different, every eyeball is different, every monitor is different. Even monitors that came off the same assembly line at the same time.

The only step up from those sites is a hardware colorimeter. Measures room lighting, and your inputs, and sets things as needed.
This, for instance http://spyder.datacolor.com/portfolio-view/spyder5express/
