I really want to build a computer for gaming, streaming, and editing. The main purpose is definitely streaming and editing, and for gaming it will only be games like minecraft. I desperately want to start making videos. The only necessity i have is an asus or gigabyte motherboard, water cooling, and windows 7. I don't really have a budget but i was hoping for a price around $1000

As OP is more in editing/streaming he will be needing 16gigs RAM, 750W is not required. Save some cost from here to meet his budget.
