Long story short - processor and RAM will not work with that motherboard. Beyond that, the RAM is made for very specific motherboards and isn't the type of RAM used in your regular enthusiast build.

Like said, the motherboard, ram and CPU wont work together. But also, the power supply is a fire hazard, there is a reason it's that cheap.

Not knowing the actual budget or purpose of the build, this was what I came up with. If there is more room in the budget, you could step up to a GT 730 or 740, just make sure it has GDDR5 and NOT DDR3.
