Go to this website https://www.nzxt.com/products/h500i-matte-white go down to specifications go down and find System Requirements it says "PC with internal USB 2.0 port" so does my gigabyte z370 aorus gaming 5 have a Internal USB 2.0 it has an external one but does it have an internal one?

It's what the MB supplies and your MB specs state the following for USB
1 x USB Type-C™ port with USB 3.1 Gen 1 support, available through the internal USB header

But one section is usb and another is chipset this said open internal USB and I see nothing under usb about usb 2.0 internal port

1 x USB 3.1 Gen 1 header
2 x USB 2.0/1.1 headers

Quite a comprehensive MB imo regarding USB with enough USB internals for most users.
Do you have the MB already or is this on your wish list?
Any further confusion.? explain what you want to do regarding USB.
