Go to this website https://www.nzxt.com/products/h500i-matte-white go down to specifications go down and find System Requirements it says "PC with internal USB 2.0 port" so does my gigabyte z370 aorus gaming 5 have a Internal USB 2.0 it has an external one but does it have an internal one?

Solution
The info I refer to is found within the MB specs.

Quote: "Chipset what does that mean" End Quote:

A Chipset is a group of interdependent motherboard chips or integrated circuits that control the flow of data and instructions between the central processing unit (CPU) or microprocessor and external devices. A chipset controls external buses, memory cache and some peripherals including USB.

The Z370 AORUS Gaming 5 has Internal connections for the following:
1 x USB 3.1 Gen 1 header
2 x USB 2.0/1.1 headers

Quite a comprehensive MB imo regarding USB with enough USB internals for most users.
Do you have the MB already or is this on your wish list?
Any further...
Hi Anthony :) I hope this helps the confusion.

"PC with internal USB 2.0 port" should have read "PC with open internal USB 2.0 port and Windows® 10 operating system recommended" End Quote:

It's what the MB supplies and your MB specs state the following for USB
1 x USB Type-C™ port with USB 3.1 Gen 1 support, available through the internal USB header
6 x USB 3.1 Gen 1 ports (4 ports on the back panel, 2 ports available through the internal USB header)
6 x USB 2.0/1.1 ports (2 ports on the back panel, 4 ports available through the internal USB headers)
