Need help with confirming my RAM speed?

OK I have the 7850k A10 APU AMD processor, I have corsair 2400Mhz RAM but as my motherboard supports up to 2133mhz, i have set this to 21.33 as the multipler but next to it, it says 1333mhz, it says it at 2133 but how can I be sure and when i use speccy is says m ram is running at like 1064mhz or is that real time monitoring?

My motherboard is the Gigabyte g1.sniper a88x chipset.

Arrh, is that how it works, because I have CPUZ and the memory speed sits around 1064-1080mhz idle. I have x2 4GB corsair 2400Mhz modules. Is that correct?

Yes it is dual channel.
