[SOLVED] Need help with CPU failure codes

Been trying to figure out a recent boot loop issue with a Ryzen 5 3600 on an MSI B550 Gaming Plus mobo.

Brief history of the problem, I built the rig a couple months ago and updated all drivers and BIOS to latest versions at the time, nothing since. Ran beautifully ever since. Now its in an indefinite boot loop and I couldn't get to desktop environment. In the troubleshooting I decided to clear the CMOS, swap RAM around, tried a different PSU, and wiped Windows 10 from the ssd. Was able to get Ubuntu to a desktop briefly, and in the moment before that got the pic of the error codes.
Any advice and direction is greatly appreciated!

What has generated that report?

Put a motherboard speaker on your mohterboard and let us know hat POST/Beep code it puts out.

Have you checked your CPU?
CPU cooler fan or pump header connected properly to your motherboard?
CPU cooler sitting flat on CPU with sufficient force.
CPU has no bent or broken pins - look under a magnifying glass.
