I'm going to buy a new computer and I need help with cpu.

My main use will be gaming, I want a computer which can play every current game on max, and it will last about 5 years(no upgrades needed). I don't know if AMD FX-8320 is strong enough or should I get i5 or i7 (if it's better investment in the future I would gladly play extra for intel). I'm not sure for AMD FX-8350(beacause I'm afraid of overheating). I also don't intend to overclock cpu.

I will be running on single monitor 1920x1080, 8GB ram and SAPPHIRE DUAL-X R9 270X 2GB or GEFORCE MSI GTX 760 2GB

No processor should be able to play every game on max for 5 years. Being "future-proof" is honestly just a marketing term. The most is around 2-3 years on today's best processors to max out every game. That being said, I would recommend the i5-4670k. The i7 will not improve gaming performance, just video editing performance. The most important part is your GPU, which I recommend upgrading every 3 years.
