Need help with CPU

Everybody told me I should buy the AMD FX 6300 for my pc but now the FX 6350 has a special offer. It's only 115 Euro , so should I buy the FX 6350 or the 6300 ( the 6300 is on special offer to it's just 109 Euro ) , which is better for my system? Note: I want to upgrade my mobo to AsRock 990FX Extreme 3

GPU: MSI GTX 660 2GB GDDR5 OC Edition

6350 basically an overclocked 6300. which is why the 6350 has a higher TDP than the 6300. You could get the 6300 Overclock it and it would be the same as the 6350.
