Question need help with cpu

okay so I have a amd phenom II 1090t and its old.so I need to upgrade but I'm on a budget I mean lowest cost as possible. I need a cpu that has sse4.2 and above or something like that to play division 2 and Apex legends and some other games. what is the cheapest cpu Mobo and ram I can get and can I upgrade my cpu with the same mobo?

CPU AMD Phenom II x6 1090t
Ram DDR3 12gb
Motherboard M4A88TD-V EVO/USB3
