[SOLVED] Need help with display port connection.

Hi guys, I just built my first computer and I need help. I have a LG 27MP59G monitor with a AMD 570 4g video card. What exact display port cable do I need to buy. There are so many different connections.

You can buy any displayport cable that is suitably long.
DP will be the better performing connection.

Based on the specifications to your monitor and GPU, they both have display port connectors.
So a simple DP to DP cable should work fine.
