Need help with download speed

Hi guys I need help with my download speed. With Internet Download Manager, my speed can reach up to 4 Megabyte per second but when I download something while playing games, the download speed reduced to less than 5 kilobyte per second (and sometimes 0). I also blocked the game in firewall. Is it because the game is using all available resources or something else? Tried downloading with Chrome but it's the same. Sure I can just wait for the download to complete but that's boring 😛 Specs if you need it:

OS: Windows 10 x64
CPU: i7 4710HQ
GPU: GTX 860M
RAM: 8 GB

What are you trying to download?

It sounds to me like your source is bad.

I'm going to go ahead and assume you meant UNblocked the game in firewall.
