Need help with email verification

I have a 6 year old account.
In my profile I have a green checkmark next to my email address. I believe that means I am verified.

I cannot post images I get the lame "To insert a picture or a flash item in your message, confirm your email to validate your account and start contributing." message.

This may or may not have been because I have switched my email address since verification, I am not sure.

Hm, this is curious. That specific error message was supposed to have been removed two months ago and replaced with a new one stating the new requirements--which is simply that a user needs 5 posts to embed images. This may be an unintentional bug resulting from login system.

Just a few things before I send this off to the devs:

1) When you say that the have switched your email address since verification, was this done recently? Specifically, after August of 2015?
2) If the current email address linked to your account is not the original, please tell me privately what your original email was in a forum PM or an email addressed to community@tomshardware.com.
