Question need help with facebook videos.. see attached pic

i have both a desktop and a laptop that do the same thing, .so its not specific to either.. its also not every video.. some work others get the screen i attached. i have turned off hardware acceleration. and that didnt matter. then i enabled it. and that didnt matter.. the graphics drivers on both systems are up to date.. this has been going on for a long time. so not new. both are on windows 11.. i am guessing this has been going on for a year or so and its just aggravating. it works for a second and then poof.. so since there have been a lot of updates on windows 11. i dont think its necessarily that..

are these videos that your converting and uploading to facebook ? or is this just videos playing on facebook.
 
not sure why the pic no longer shows here. said imgur is over capaacity??LOL WTH.. no these are videos on my feed. not ME uploading.. they are playing in facebook

Check aspect ratio of videos and when turning off hardware exceleration you must restart chrome not close fully restart

Also turn of hardware acceleration through the system windows 11.

Should be found in display.
