Need help with first water cooled build

Hey there guys, first time posting but I've used the forum numerous times so thought its the ebst place to get some answers. As the title suggests, this will be my first all out custom water cooled build. But I have some questions about certain parts of the build.

First off let me give you a run down of the components I will be ordering.
- Intel i7 4770k
- MSI Z87-GD65
- Kingston Beast 32GB
- Sapphire/Gigabyte R9 290 x2 in crossfire
- Seagate Barracuda 2TB

I will have 8 Corsair SP120 fans on order as well all to go into the CM Storm Stryker case. From what I know, the 290 are hot cards and that is why I have chosen to water cool them.

My questions are, will a dual 120mm 40mm thickness radiator suffice for this setup or will I need 2 dual 120mm rads?

Also, the pump/res combo that I would like to use in my build is the XSPC X20 750 L/ph. Will this be enough for my setup or will I need a more powerful pump?

As I mentioned this is my first water cooled build so I would love to get everything right the first time if it is possible lol.

You need more than 2x240mm rads to cool all that, I would be thinking thick 360+240mm rads at least for those components.
The X20 750 isnt that great a pump, I would go for a stronger one like a D5.

Have you already got the case?

No, I want hopefully order everything tomorrow and have it all delivered on the same day to build. So would you suggest individual res and pump? Laing D5 is it? And what would you recommend case wise if the Storm Stryker isn't a good option?

EDIT: I forgot to mention. I added another 2x240mm rad to my list but I'm guessing that isn't enough? Since I know the Storm Stryker supports a 2x240mm rad in the top, a 2x240mm rad in the bot and with some work can fit a 2x240mm rad in the front i think.
