Description of Original Problem: I've been having this super weird issue with my PC for months. Seems like depending on the game, I'll just get a freeze or black screen at random moments and the PC will just restart.
The crashes are impossible to reproduce and happen randomly. Ive run aida64 stress test all night and the system doesn't reboot. Sometimes the problem games can be running for hours and then randomly crash during very mundane moments in game.
Games that I remember crashing in this way are The Witcher 3, deus ex mankind divided, Street Fighter 6 (very rarely) idk maybe some other ones I'm forgetting
Troubleshooting:
- I run my PC on a power strip. This doesn't explain why some games run for hours with no issues though
- the motherboard front USB is buggy as hell and has some busted rear USB. Maybe on its way out?
- The PSU isn't brand new. Came shrink wrapped and everything and shouldn't be older than 4 years (PSU came out in 2021 or something) but it's used
- System is unstable for some reason. Only stability testing soft I've used so far is AIDA64 extreme but if anyone can recommend something that can help reproduce the issue I am willing to try it

Troubleshooting:
- I have different CPU now, still happens on that. Happened on 3500x before, happens on 3600 now
- I already ran memtest86 on the ram, passed all tests after testing overnight
- My PSU is 600w and is a cooler master g600 gold. Got it refurbished yes, but it's a tier B unit on the PSU tier list and has a gold rating on cybernetics. I specifically picked it because it has good reviews and should be reliable
- CPU and GPU temps both never go above 70c in the CiT Meta case
- I've played cyberpunk 2077, RE4 remastered, ratchet and clank rift apart, god of war, back 4 blood and a bunch of other games for hours on end on this PC and its worked flawless
- windows event log just says kernel power (41) when it happens
